How To clear the Customized Folder Settings

Step1

Click Start and then Click on Run. Type Regedit.exe in the Run Dialog Box.

Step2

Navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell registry sub-key. Delete the Bags and BagMRU sub-keys.

Step3

Navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam registry sub-key. Delete the Bags and BagMRU sub-keys.

Close the registry editor, then reboot the machine for the changes to take effect.

Under the Target folder location box, do one of the following

Type the path to the folder location that you want, for example "c:/jc/my document" and then click OK.

If the folder does not exist, the Create Message dialog box is displayed. Click Yes to create the folder, and then click OK.

Click Move, click the folder in which to store your documents, and then click OK twice.

You can click on the Make New Folder if the folder doesn’t exist.

Click Ok.

From the Edit menu select New – Key. Enter a name of 'Copy To' (don't type the quotes) and press Enter .

Step3

Double click the (Default) value. Set to

{C2FBB630-2971-11D1-A18C-00C04FD75D13}. Click OK

You have to restart Explorer for the change to take effect.
