How To Add an Instant Messaging User Account In the List of Windows Messenger Users

Step1

Click on Start, and then click Control Panel. Click on User Accounts. Select your user account.

Under Related Tasks, click on Manage my network passwords.

Step3

The Stored Users Name and Password window will appear. Click on Add and the Logon Information Properties window appeared. Type in your Server name , user name and Password and click on OK and then Close.
