How To Change the Logon Screen Saver Timeout Time
Repeat Step 1 – 2 in How to Change the Logon Screen Saver except in the right panel choose ScreenSaveTimeOut.
In the Edit String box that appears, type the number of seconds which you want the screen saver to start in the Value data box, and then click OK.
